What does FLOWii cost compared to CTM for a team of ten?
FLOWii charges per user. The PREMIUM licence, which includes all its solutions, is EUR 26 per user per month (EUR 22.10 on annual billing); the cheaper CRM licence is EUR 11 (EUR 9.35 annually), all excluding VAT. Ten people on PREMIUM therefore cost EUR 260 a month. CTM charges per organization: Starter is EUR 25 a month for ten people and five projects, Pro is EUR 59 for fifty people and unlimited projects.
What does FLOWii do that CTM does not?
FLOWii has modules CTM simply does not have: issuing invoices, received invoices, quotes, orders, delivery notes, inventory, income and expenses, and an attendance system. It is built around sales and company finances. If you need to invoice and track stock in the same system as your tasks, CTM will not replace it.
What does CTM do that FLOWii does not?
CTM has meetings with minutes — an agenda prepared in advance, attendance, notes against each item, and actions that become real tasks with an assignee and a deadline. It also has video calls in the browser with no separate Zoom account, leave requests with approval and public holidays, capacity planning, and a Gantt timeline in every plan including the free one. None of these appear in FLOWii's module list.
Which one should you choose?
Decide by what actually hurts. If you need to invoice, track inventory and manage sales cases, take FLOWii. If you need to organise the team's work — projects, meetings, leave, communication — and object to paying for every extra head, take CTM. Both have a free tier, so you can try both at no risk.
Why choose CTM?
FLOWii is a Slovak all-in-one that handles invoicing, inventory and attendance. CTM does none of that — if you need it, FLOWii is the right choice and there is no point pretending otherwise. But if you are looking for a tool for projects, meetings and leave, the difference is price: PREMIUM costs EUR 26 per user per month, so a team of ten pays EUR 260. CTM Starter is EUR 25 a month for the whole company regardless of headcount.
