How does Caflou's pricing differ from CTM's?
Caflou is tiered by user count. The Trout plan is EUR 16 a month for one person; the Carp plan starts at EUR 42 for one and rises with headcount — EUR 78 for five, EUR 138 for ten, EUR 258 for twenty. The Dolphin plan is EUR 200 a month and covers one to fifty users. All excluding VAT. CTM has one price per organization: Starter EUR 25 up to ten people, Pro EUR 59 up to fifty.
What does Caflou do that CTM does not?
Caflou is built around company finances: cash flow, profitability tracking per project and job, invoicing, timesheets and invoices generated from them. CTM has none of that. If you want to know whether a particular job made money, Caflou answers that and CTM does not.
What does CTM do that Caflou does not?
CTM has a meetings module with minutes — agenda, attendance, notes per item and actions that become tasks with an assignee and a deadline, plus an AI summary on the Pro plan.
