One price for the whole company, not per person

CTM is billed per organization. Adding a colleague does not change the invoice — and the bigger the team, the lower the cost per person.

What one plan costs per person
Team sizeMonthly totalPer person
3 people Free00.00
5 people Starter255.00
10 people Starter252.50
20 people Pro592.95
50 people Pro591.18

Prices are per organization. Annual billing takes another 10 % off both.

The invoice stays the same as you grow

The Pro plan costs 59 EUR a month whether you are five people or fifty. A new colleague is not a new line on the invoice and not another cost to get approved.

Cost per person falls instead of rising

At ten people Pro works out to 5.90 EUR per person per month, at twenty to 2.95 EUR, and at fifty to 1.18 EUR. Per-user pricing does exactly the opposite.

Nobody has to decide whose licence to revoke

A part-timer, the bookkeeper and an external collaborator all get an account without costing anyone money. The admin work around assigning and reclaiming seats disappears.

The same features for everyone

There are no expensive and cheap seats. Everyone in the organization gets the same features their plan includes — nobody is a view-only guest because a full seat would cost extra.

What does flat pricing mean in CTM?

Company Task Management (CTM) charges one price per organization, not per user. A plan has a user limit — Free covers 3 people, Starter 10, Pro 50, Enterprise is unlimited — but within that limit the price does not move. Adding the eleventh person to a Pro plan costs nothing extra, and neither does the fortieth. The invoice is the same number every month until you deliberately change plan.

How much does CTM cost for a team of 20?

59 EUR a month, the price of the Pro plan, which covers up to 50 users and unlimited projects. That works out to 2.95 EUR per person per month. The same 20-person team on Starter is not an option because Starter is capped at 10 users, but for a team of 10 the Starter plan at 25 EUR a month works out to 2.50 EUR per person. With annual billing both prices drop by a further 10 percent.

How is flat rate different from per-user pricing?

Per-user pricing multiplies: the monthly cost is the seat price times the number of people, so every hire increases the bill and the cost per person stays flat. A flat rate divides: the cost is fixed and the cost per person falls as the team grows. In CTM the Pro plan is 5.90 EUR per person at ten people, 2.95 EUR at twenty and 1.18 EUR at fifty. Most project management tools — Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp — bill per user, which is why their quoted monthly price is only the starting point of the real cost.

Do part-timers, accountants and external collaborators cost extra?

No. Anyone inside your user limit gets a full account at no additional cost, which removes the usual decision about who deserves a paid seat. In practice this is where per-user pricing quietly hurts: teams keep occasional contributors out of the tool to save money, and then the tool no longer reflects who is actually doing the work.

Are some users cheaper than others, or view-only?

No. CTM has no seat tiers and no guest licences. Everyone in the organization has access to the same features their plan includes; what a person can see and change is decided by their role — Admin, Manager or Member — not by what their licence costs. Roles are free to assign and free to change.

What happens when the team outgrows the plan limit?

You move to the next plan and the price changes once, at that point, rather than with every new person. Free covers 1 project and 3 users, Starter 5 projects and 10 users, Pro unlimited projects and 50 users, Enterprise removes the limits entirely. Starter and Pro both come with 14 days free, so you can test the fit before the first payment.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes, annual billing is 10 percent cheaper than paying monthly. On the Pro plan that turns 708 EUR a year into 637 EUR. There is no setup fee and no per-user surcharge on either billing period.
