The call opens in a new window on its own page, so you keep using CTM in the meantime — during the call you move tasks on the board, write in chat, or open the minutes. And if you need to pull in one more person, you click "Invite" right in the call and pick a colleague — they get a notification with the link.

Attendance That Fills Itself In

This is the feature you won't find elsewhere. When you join a meeting's video call, CTM automatically marks you as present. You don't click anything and the organizer doesn't tick anyone off — attendance is recorded the moment you connect. If someone marked themselves absent in advance, that isn't overwritten.

The result is accurate attendance without a single extra click — and meeting minutes that already know who really showed up.

Privacy and Security With No Hidden Costs
