What's New in CTM β May 2026
Over the past few weeks, we've added several new features to Company Task Management. Here's a summary of what's new in the app.
Company News Feed
The new News section in the sidebar works as an internal company information channel. Admins can publish posts with text and images, visible to all members of the organization.
Each post can be opened in detail β with a photo gallery and full text. Unread posts show a red badge with a count, so no important update gets missed.
Task Archive
Completed tasks can now be archived β they disappear from active lists but remain searchable. Before archiving, you can preview the task so you know exactly what you're archiving.
The archive is visible to the whole team and serves as a project history.
Kanban: My Tasks Filter
The Kanban board now includes a My Tasks filter. With one click, you hide all other cards and see only the ones assigned to you. Very useful on larger projects with dozens of cards.
Vacation: New Type and Auto-Approval
A new request type β family care leave β has been added alongside existing types. Requests of this type are approved automatically, without waiting for a manager's confirmation.
Quick Task Creation
The My Tasks page now has a button to add a new task directly. No need to navigate through a project β create the task right where you manage it.
