Delete your account and data

You can delete your Company Task Management (CTM) account yourself — in the web app and in the mobile app.

How to do it

  1. Sign in to CTM.
  2. Open Profile and go to the “Delete account” section.
  3. Confirm the deletion with your password.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted immediately: your profile and contact details, profile photo, messages and chat, personal notes, time-off requests, comments, notifications and calendar connections.

Projects, tasks, meetings and attachments you created for your organization stay with the organization and pass to its administrator. If you are the only member of the organization, the whole organization is deleted. Backups created by the organization may contain your data until its administrator deletes them. Invoices are kept for the period required by law.
