Terms and Conditions

The operator of the CTM system software application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is the company gaming.sk s.r.o., ICO: 53011040, with its registered office in the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). Contact e-mail address: info@gaming.sk.

Application — the Task Manager web application available at companytaskmanagement.com.

Customer — a natural or legal person who has entered into a contract with the Provider.

User — a person authorised by the Customer to use the Application.

Plan — a subscription tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise).

Order — a binding request by the Customer to purchase a Plan.

The contract between the Customer and the Provider is formed at the moment the Customer confirms the Order and the Provider accepts it. Order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

Plan prices are listed on the ctm.sk website in euros (EUR) excluding VAT. Payment is due monthly or annually in advance based on the issued invoice.

Available payment methods:

- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) — processed by Stripe, Inc.

- Bank transfer — payment due within 14 calendar days of invoice issuance.

An invoice is issued immediately upon Order confirmation and sent to the billing e-mail address.

Every new customer is entitled to a 14-day free trial. After the trial period ends, the subscription does not renew automatically — the customer must actively proceed with payment.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable, except in cases where the Application is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a given month.

Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion, provided they have not actively used the Application. Withdrawal requests should be sent to support@companytaskmanagement.com.

The Provider aims for 99.5% Application availability within any given month. Scheduled maintenance outages are announced in advance. No SLA is guaranteed for Starter and Pro plans. For Enterprise plans, SLA is defined by an individual agreement.

The Provider is not liable for damages caused by Customer-side internet outages, improper use of the Application, or force majeure events. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 3 months.

All rights to the Application, its source code, graphics, and documentation belong to the Provider. The Customer receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Application for the duration of the subscription.

The Provider processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable data protection legislation.

Data processed: name, e-mail, billing details (address, Company ID, VAT ID), application activity logs (audit log).

Purpose of processing: contract performance, invoicing, support, security.

Retention period: for the duration of the contract + 10 years (accounting records).

Customers have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port their data. Requests should be sent to support@companytaskmanagement.com.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Customers will be notified by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement where possible. Otherwise, the competent court in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, shall have jurisdiction.
